Will Abdominoplasty Also Resolve The Umbilicus Bulge?

I had surgery in 2001 to remove a benign tumor in my pancreas. My spleen and half my pancreas were removed. I have been working dilegently to lose weight and exercise. I am not within 15 lbs of my goal weight and have several consultations with plastic surgeons scheduled. I definitely want to have a breast lift with implants done. I am also looking to have a tummy tuck. My question is about the skin above my belly button that seems to be "sewn" (?) to my tummy wall and doesn't move...this has created a little bulge. Will this interfere with a tummy tuck? Will a tummy tuck be able to take care of that skin as well?
