Will An Ultrasound Test Detect The Intake Of Mifepristone For An Abortion?

Hi I m doing a medicated abortion and no one knows about it since my family wants me to keep the baby. I want to take mifeprostone today but there is a chance that I might have my routine ultrasound tomorrow. Will the doctor notice the medicine in the ultrasound? Or will she be able to notice that something is wrong with fetus and be capable of nullifying the medicine s effect? I don t want this to happen that s why I m asking
