Will Antibiotics Hinder The Effectiveness Of Plan B Pill?

I took the plan b pill approximately 30 hours after contraceptive failure, but this afternoon i was perscribed an antibiotic (an augmentin 500mg substitute) to treat a nasty cold that I have developed, but i haven't taken the antibiotics yet. Will taking the antibiotics hinder the effectivness of the plan b pill?
