Will Antibiotics Resolve Gallbladder Sludge Along Side Steatohepatitis Treatment?

Hi I have been diagnosed to steatohepetitis, recently had an infection in which I am taking antibiotic and livoline forte, but I did an ultrasound and discovered sludge in my gallbladder, will the antibiotics clear it up or do I need to do something else?. I am on combination drug of ciprofloxacin and tinidazole. Will it help clear the sludge?. Taking the antibiotic my urine is now better from a dark brown color to yellow. Thanks
