Will Bruising On Jaw And Elbow Heal With Time And Rest?

Last night I was punched in the face multiple times. My temple has a lump and a bruise on it and the same side my near my lip have a bruise and lump. I don t have bad headache, really but it hurt to open my jaw anymore them two fingers. I was also thrown out of moving vehicle and have some minor road rash and my elbow hurts to straighten and is becoming bruised and has a lump. I m super sore and don t want to wait hours in the emergency waiting room. What are the chances of my jaw and elbow just being sore and will get better with time and rest? And is there much risk of brain damage from a blow to the temple? I didn t have a bad headache or anything last night but stayed up for hours before sleeping in case of a concussion.
