Will Cervical Polyp Removal Cause Any Conception Problems?

hai,doctor,i'am married 33years old,i don't have baby since 4years,now i have long time being bleeding,doctor told that i have cx polyp,if i do the surgery any problem to get pregnent again?the surgery difficult?any cause of cancer?after surgery how long i have to take bed rest?i'am scared from the surgey please answer me.after surgery any problem coming to my woomb?i want baby also pls answer me,
