Will Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Affect Chances Of Conceiving?

Hi, i am having extreme bleeding and i went to the gyno and they said its dysfunctional uterine bleeding. I go in for a transvagital sonogram and blood tests in a couple days but i am extremely paranoid that i'm not going to be able to have kids because of this problem. I'm only 21 yrs old. Do you see this happen a lot in women my age? and do you think that i can still have kids? I'm worried i'll need a hysterectomy or something that will affect having a family one day. thank you!
