Will Eruptive Vellus Hair Cysts Spread To My Face?

I believe I may have eruptive vellus hair cysts. I have always remembered having small bumps on my chest since I was a child. I am currently 27 years old and was wondering if I should fear that it could spread to my face. The bumps has always been on my chest but I was unsure if it could spread with age.
