Will Exercise Worsen Vestibular Imbalance Problem?

I have a vestibular imbalance problem. Symptoms: foggy vision, lightheaded, dizzy spells with certain head positions, headaches, and wooziness. I have been through numerous of tests: blood tests, urine tests, hearing tests, eye test, 2 MRI scans, 3 CT head scans, chest x ray, echo - cardiograph test and an ultra sound for my stomach. All came back negative. I have been to a physio therapist for BPPV and vestibular exercises. I find that it helps a little, but I'm curious if there is such a thing as over doing it with the exercises. If I do the exercises too much in one day will make my condition worse an pro long the recovery? Your answer would be much appreciated.

Thank You!
