Will Fallopian Tube Removal And Tuberculosis Cause Infertility?

My age is 24 years old. I was having ectopic pregnancy. so, i was operated by surgery on 19-10-2009. my left tube was removed as pregnancy was persisting there. The results of removed tube examination shows that there was tuberculosis in my tubes and lenth is too long. Now, i have only one right tube. i want to know, about fertility issue. Tube removal and tuberculosis, will it cause infertility ? Does, Ayurveda has any treatment for this. I don't have any baby right now. Are there any chances of conceiving again ?
