Will Genital Warts From HPV Affect My Future Marriage, Fertility, And Can The Virus Be Cleared From My Body?

i am 24 year old unmarried and facing a problem of genital warts. and the cause for the same is human papilloma virus. i want to know that should i stop my sex life (if yes then for how long) or it will create problem in my future after marriage if it marriage at the age of 28 year. is that mean no babies. is this virus remain permanent in my body or i can clear this with good immunity system.
