Will Hair Along My Thighs And Legs And Around Nipples Go Off In Adulthood?

Hi im 16yr old boy 6ft4, for as long as i can remember i have had nipple that swell up but when it gets cold they go back to normal and also when i sneez, but most of the day they are swollen up is this common or is there something wrong, also have hair all over my thighs and legs and around my nipples will this go as im in puberty or will i always have it. thanks
