Will Having Injection Of Supartz In My Knee Also Cause

Will having injection of Supartz in my knee also cause my blood to thin? I'm on warfarin for past blood clots. Since getting the injections, my blood has gotten thinner. I haven't had any issues of not being able to regulate my blood before getting the injections.
