Will I Ovulate While Taking Duphaston?

hi, i am 23 yr old .50kg . been trying to conceive for past three months ... i do have irregular periods .. ma ultrasonic results showed up multicystic overies .. so doc suggest to tak duphaston from 20th day .. i just wanna know when could i possibly ovulate ????
