Will Limes Or Their Juice Have Any Adverse Affect On

Will limes or their juice have any adverse affect on these medications?
Blood pressure is under control using these medications but feet do swell but usually wake up fine.
Also have an itchy rash, can this be due to the medications? Have been taking these medications for about a year, and the rash only started in the summer in the hot weather but now it won't go away.
