Will Marijuana Show Up In A Hair Follicle Test?

I have no previous history of marijuana useage, honestly couldn't find it if I wanted to. New years eve I met a girl, and she is a often user of the drug. Long story short, I joined in on jan 5th. It was a joint and I took two draws. I have a hair folicle test coming up next week. Research has said two things 1) you'll for sure test positive. 2) light users should be ok. Would appreciate your opinnion. Thank you in advance.
