Will Missing A Dose Of Qlaira Cause Pregnancy?

I have been on Qlaira for over a year now and missed one tablet on day 12. The packet said to take it as soon as i missed it and i have continued taking the tablets correctly. I hadnt had sex for over 7 days before missing the tablet and didnt have sex for 8 days after, how likely is it that I may be pregnant?
