Will Missing Two Dosages Of Birth Control Pills Cause Problems?

I have been taking birth control and its my third week on my first month and i lost the pack. I missed my pill yesterday and called to refill my prescription but it wont be ready until tomorrow, so i will have missed two pills in a row. What should i do?
