Will My Hair Regrow Using Ducray Neoptides After Stopping Minoxidil?

Hi doctor, I used minoxidil for 1.5 months but started having side effects like dark circles and puffy face. I stopped using from 2 weeks. I am shedding lot of hair now. My derm suggested to stop minoxidil and use Ducray neoptides. Will my lost hair grow back if I use neoptides? will there be any side effects again?
