Will neosporin help or irritate a boil/ingrown hair on my labia?
I just recently moved and in the midst of me moving i decided to take a shower and shave. Im thinking that when i shaved i might have caught a hair the wrong way and it became an ingrown hair but when my boyfriend and i had sex i noticed i was very uncomfortable down there so we had to stop and when i looked at myself and felt myself i could feel a lump like right inside my lips at the top kind of but just on the labia. It is reddish like. It is very painful. I have never had a boil before so i decided to try and pop it. It did kind of pop once and a little yellowish white pus came out but thats it. I cleaned it with an alcohol pad and put some warm water on a paper towel and applied it to the area and it helped me until i took the paper towel off and now the pain is just unbaring. I am unable to get to the hospital at all. I am in a situation and my insurance is very messed up right now. Im trying to find a quick and easy home remedy that can help me not be in so much pain as i am still moving and only have 2 more days to move all my things. I have done my research on this topic since i found out what i had. But everyone is just saying leave it alone and it will pop by itself but i cant do that as i have very important things to do and i really just need the pain taken away so i can finish these things. Also, i would like to know if i should not have sex or if i shouldnt masturbate ? Will it make the boil become more irritated?
