Will Nightfall Affect Sexual Life?

i was master bushing from last 10 yrs, having problem of nightfall from last 5 yrs, last 3 yrs stooped master bushing, but new problem aries from last 3 yrs when i run or do some exercise my penis became very small with threading on upper cover is it a decease, will it affect my sexual life after marriage.
