Will Not Breastfeeding Dwindle The Breast Milk Supply?

I suddenly developed an allergy yesterday. I am now taking Avil 25 twice a day as advised by my doctor. I am also not breastfeeding my 5 month old baby as my doctor says the baby could sleep long hours due to the effect of Avil 25. If I do not breastfeed my baby for the next 3 days would my milk supply dwindle?
