Will Physiotherapy Helps In Relieving The Paralytic Stroke?

doctor, my friend has got stroke of paralysisi on his right side...his right hand & leg is affected....he has started physiotherapy and massage....he got this attack last week due to high bp 180 and he was in kokilaben ambani hospital..he has gone home...but not ok....will physuotherapy help him....pl give me your suggession...i will be very grateful to you...
