Will Regular Intake Of 40 Mg Vyvanse Harm One S Motor Skills?

My daughter is 5 1 92 pounds and a track and cross country runner. About a month ago she started taking 30mg of vyvanse for her ADD. After one month bumped up to 40mg. Has worked wonders for her. Like a new kid loving life. Will it have an effect on her racing performance if her new resting heart rate is now in the 70 s compared to high 40 s low 50 s prior to taking the medication? I ve been told no since she is still within normal range. Seems like she would would hit her maximum heart rate too quickly. Also, can you tell me how soon after she takes her dose she can begin a running workout.
