Will Septoplasty Treat Sore Throat, Bad Breath And Runny Nose?

I am getting septoplasty surgery in a few days to cure my deviated septum. I can deal with my breathing (even though it sucks) but I am getting this surgery for other reasons basically. I am just wondering will the surgery cure my everyday problems of sore throats, bad bread and runny noses?
