Will Skin Diseases Occur On Sharing A Tattoo Needle?

Hi, Me n my friend had a tattoo done together, My friend first got it done n i got it done immediately after him, my question is if he had used the same needle which was used for my friend, wil there be any chance of getting infected by any skin diseases or anything related to it???
My friend's blood group is same as mine(o+).

Pls let me know wat should i do to clear the doubt of mine??
