Will Smoking A Small Amount Of Weed Affect My Antibiotics Or The Effectiveness Of Local Anesthesia Near A Gum Abscess Before Tooth Extraction?

Hi I have a decent abscess on my gum, I have antibiotics and an appointment to pull the tooth in a few days, in the meantime will smoking small amount of weed stop the antibiotics from doing their thing? Just one cone? Also will local numbing needle work if the abscess is right there?
