Will Surgery For Deviated Nasal Septum Also Correct My Crooked Nose?

I have a nose that is noticeably crooked and seems to have a deviated septum. I get sinus infections pretty frequently and one of my nostrils always gets blocked. If I were to get surgery for a deviated septum, would this also fix the crookedness of my nose? I can include pictures if necessary.
