Will Taking 2 Tablets Of Apiol And Steel Cause A Miscarriage After A Positive Pregnancy Test Following An Abortion?

Hello doctor,I got pregnant on the 9th of December 2022 and I took the abortion pill consisting of mifepristone and misoprotol and I was negative on the 23rd if December when I checked , now I’ve been noticing my nipples have been aching me seriously and my breasts have gotten larger , then I did a pregnancy test , I’m still pregnant…. So I took 2 tablets of 40 apiol and steel tablets…. Will I have a miscarriage and end up not pregnant anymore?…. Please help Thank you
