Will Taking Adderall Affect The Blood Test For Physical?

Im going to have blood work done for my physical i just had, and i have a.d.d but no prescription i just use to use my moms....the blood tests im having done are cbc w/diff, panel cmp, panel lipid, SED rate, t4 free, tsh, vit b12, vit d....will taking half an adderall affect these?
