Will Taking Cerazette Worsen The Acne On Face?

I recently took the morning after pill and have now got a small amount of acne on my face. I am supposed to start taking the Cerazette contraceptive pill tomorrow but I am not sure if I should seeing as my skin is bad already. How long should it take for the acne to go after taking the morning after pill and is starting Cerazette going to make it worse?
