Will Taking Dydrogen Tablets After IUI Help In Getting Pregnant Or Cause My Period To Come?

Hello, I have undergone IUI yesterday and i am prescribed Dydrogen tablet for 15days. Doctor said i have to take this tablet, if i stop i will get periods. I am trying to conceive and that s why i have opted for IUI. Will Dydrogen help in getting pregnant or it will cause periods to come. Will Dydrogen stop pregnancy.
