Will Taking Krimson 35 Treat Facial Hair And Regularize Periods?

hi doctor i am 32 years not yet married suffering from pcod and hypo tyroid. I have got facil hair, acne, and irregular period, doctor had prescribed me to take krimson 35 for 6 months. by taking this tablet my unwated hair on face and chin will go off permentaly or not. my period will become regular or not. please doctor help me to get this answer. i wnat this unwated hair to go off pls help me
