Will Taking Mycro Plasma Genetalia Effect The Efficiency Of Microgynon?

Hello,I have taken microgynon 30 for the past 2 months and finished the second pack today. I was prescribed azithromycin (1gram) followed by 8 days of 250g for possible mycro plasma genetalia. Will this affect the efficacy of the pill? Could I become pregnant because off the pill free bleeding period which starts tomorrow?
