Will Taking Premarin And Cymbalta After Hysterectomy Result In Sleeplessness?

I had a hysterectomy 9 months ago. I am on premarin and cymbalta. I am however unable to stay aweake. I am getting scared because I am falling asleep at work or even having trouble while driving. Please help me is this normal and what can I do to fix it?
