Will Taking VDM Kit And Doxl Help Me Conceive While Having Low Sperm Count And Some Abdominal Fluid?

Hi! When I want to ready for baby ,dr advised me that you can teste ur semense.now prepots are found some fluid in tummy.he told me may be it can cause infection .and also my dparm counting is 1,10,000 which is low.now dr suggest me to take VDM kit & doxl tablets...so plz tell me is it helpfull for me to fullfil my dreams...
