Will The Microgynon Pill Stuck In The Throat Dissolve By Itself?

I took my microgynon pill 36 hours ago and its still stuck in the back of my throat, i'm not just feeling it, it is there I can feel it moving around, I've tried everything that I've read and I've tried making myself sick, it won't come up or go down. Will this dissolve by itself or should I go and see my local GP? Will this cause any damage whilst dissolving?
