Will The Baby Have Withdrawals If I Quit Ongoing Methamphetamine Use At 23 Weeks Pregnancy?

I m not proud to even having to be asking a question like this but I m 23 weeks pregnant. I ve been struggling with addiction for the past 5 years. I m going to take the steps to get help with recovery. But curious to know the damage may have already done... My nt scan came back negative which my doctor said that s good and means no abnormalities.. but since I ve been using meth from the beginning to now... I d like to know if I ve damaged or harmed my little one now and would like to know about possible damage caused and if my baby is already going to have withdrawals even if I quit and get help now
