Will The Birth Control Pill Causes Gluten Intolerance?

hi. is there any history of the microgynon 30 pill causing, or worsening a gluten intolerance?. as i have been taking the pill now for a few years and have had problems whenever eating anything containing gluten. (wheat or barley based). but i have stopped the pill and within a month it seems to have vanished. thanks
