Will The Bump On My Chin Heal Without Additional Intervention?

On October 29th I had stitches removed from my chin after a bicycle accident. There is still a bump on the bone under the suture line. I am currently using a silicone gel to improve the scar. Will the bump heal without additional intervention? Will an anti-inflammatory help?
