Will The Conscious Seizures Gradually Stop?

my daughter has h pylori, just had a baby 5 weeks ago and has had concious seizures this week which have massively improved as each day goes on. She has been to the hospital 3 days running. She is taking 2000mg of Amoxcillin, 1000mg of clarthromycin and 40mg of omeprazole. Will the fit like episodes stop?
