Will The Contraception Pill Still Offer Protection Despite Taking Antibiotics?

Hi, I had a question about birth control. Two weeks ago I was taking antibiotics duo to sinus infection and I was taking contraception pills at the same time. I finished the antibiotics a week ago and continued taking the contraception pill for a week before a came on my period. I had unprotected sex a day after my period. Would I be safe from pregnancy?
