Will The Fibroids Cause Any Menstruation Problems?

i am 49 years old, i have posterior wall intramural fibroid Ms 10*10*9 mm seen and Anterior wall subserous fibroid Ms 46*45 mm seen endometrial echoes are normal. Cavity is empty. Uterus Ms 144* 65 * 88 mm ET:10 mm. Will there be any problem due to this . since one year i have knee problem. My periods are regular but flow is more as usual but since three four months flow is little more than usual and it stops on 5th day.
