Will The Following Medication Be Safe For Enlarged Lymph Nodes In Throat?

I started my ATT medicine 3 months back when i was detected with lymph node in my throat.My treatment was going fine untill 3 days back i descovered my node enlarged and became a little painful.My doctor has not given any medicine for the same and asked me to continue with Rcinex 600,pyzinamide 1500,zevit and combutol 1000mg.How will the node subside?please help.
