Will The Gash On The Labia Heal By Itself?

I was in the bathroom, my feet were wet i slipped and fell but a standing tissue pole broke the fall but bust my labia because of how fell.. i bled a lot at first but I cleaned it and got a mirror. . There is i inch like gash on my labia near urethra. ..will it heal on its own or do i need to see a dr ?
