Will The General Throat Culture Test Detect Throat Gonorrhea?

Just a quick question. I went to the doctor today for a sore throat. I got a rapid throat culture for strep, which came back negative. I also had a general throat culture taken which I will get back in a couple days.

I, however, just learned that there is a possibility that my sore throat could be caused by throat gonorrhea. Will the general throat culture test for that, or should I go back in for an additional test?
