Will The Menstruation Cycle Be Normal Immediately After Removing Mirena Coil?

I had the marina coil removed on the 19th December, I started bleeding lightly 5 days later which lasted for 10 days but nothing since. I didn t know if this was a proper period as it was not fresh blood, however 2 nights thought the night when I went to the toilet I had several blood clots which had some fresh blood but no bleeding the following days. We are trying for a baby and I am usually very fertile and have fallen pregnant twice the first month of trying in the past. I only had the coil for 3 months so a bit worried that my cycle has not come back to normal. I have done several pregnancy tests and they are negative. I read that my cycle & fertility should return to normal straight after the coil is removed but this hasn t happened, is there something to worry about?
