Will The Periods Start After Completing The Course Of Utovlan?

I have been presribed utovlan by my doctor as I have not had a period for 4 months (since having my contaceptive implant removed). I would just like to know if I bleed after stopping these does that mean everything is ok and my periods will then restart?
