Will The Pulsing Sound In My Ears Caused By Venous Hum Go Away While I M Being Treated For H. Pylori With Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin, And Esomeprazole?

I ve been diagnosed with h pylori in my stomach, I had been hearing a pulsing in my ears for about 2 weeks prior to that, I also had cerumen impaction and had to have my ears flushed but still heard the sound. My ent diagnosed me with venous hum but i still went to my gp for a second opinion, I am currently on amoxycillin, clarithromycin and esomeprazole still hearing the sound slightly when I lie down, when will it end.
