Will The Redness And Itchiness On Bitten Area Subside Over Time?

I got bit by an ant or a spider tonight on my left foot in the middle of the outside left side..Just after I noticed the bite my hands and feet started to itch and my hands in particular are red on the palms..I took a benadryl, I took a shower and washed with Burt Bees poison ivey soap and I put some Hydrocortisone cream (for fire ant bites) on the swollen bite area.I do not see any puncture marks..My hands are still red and itchey but I do not see any real swelling other than the bite area. Do I need to be concerned or go to a doctor tonight or will this subside over time
